5000 Shot Club

Summer vacation is here, and if you are looking for some simple activity ideas to keep your hockey players busy during the summer, have them participate in the Eastview Hockey 5K Shot Club! All you need to do is print out the 5K Shot Club tally sheet and have your hockey player document their progress throughout the summer. Hockey players can shoot on a net, set up cones, a cardboard box pt any other parent-approved target! 

Completed forms should be emailed to Chad Larsen (clarsen@eastviewhockey.net) by September 6th to be entered in a drawing for a new hockey stick from Westwood Sports. All hockey players who complete the form will receive an Eastview Hockey 5K Shot Club t-shirt. 

A completed form consists of: 

• 5,000 Shots (Using any parent-approved pucks/nets of your choosing, typically done at 100 shot increments) 
• 200 Minutes of Stick Handling (Using drills/obstacles of your choosing, typically done in 10-minute increments) 
• Signature of parent/guardian 
• Received by 11:59 p.m. on September 6, 2024
