Our registration fees are calculated to include everything it takes to provide hockey for our kids.

EVHA's fees are inclusive of any fees associated with hockey.  These include:

• Practice Ice time
• Game Ice Time
• Dryland Training (limited - and at coach's discretion)
• Traveling Tournaments (limited by level)
• Coaching Fees (if paid coaches)
• Other items up to team discretionary budget (not including the list below)

Our fees do not include:

• Team Parties
• Team Dinners
• Additional tournaments or ice time beyond budget
• Uniform or Apparel  (unless otherwise specified by level/year)

When possible and funds are available, our Charitable Gambling Program helps Subsidize player's hockey costs.

Refunds and withdrawal can be requested any time before the first event of your season (Tryout is considered part of the season).

EVHA has an annual scholarship budget to help provide the opportunity to play hockey to any player that would like to participate.  Scholarship funds are awarded based on needs.   If you need financial assistance, please do not hesitate to complete our financial assistance application!
