Dear Eastview Hockey Families,

We are excited to announce that registration for the upcoming hockey season is now open!

Here are some important updates for this season:

Jersey Requirement:

• MITES: 
  Mite 3 and Mite 4 will need to order jerseys and socks.  Please visit our apparel tab for information on uniform questions and to choose your jersey number if your player will be a Mite 3 or Mite 4. 
  Mite 1 and Mite 2 will be provided with jerseys and socks as part of their season fee.

• SQUIRTS:  First-year Squirts must purchase both blue and white jerseys and game socks.  Second-year squirts only need to order new jerseys and socks if they need a bigger size or want a fresh set. First year squirts - be sure to choose your number before registering: 
• PEEWEES:  Similar to returning Squirts, PeeWees only need to order new jerseys and socks if they need a bigger size or want a fresh set
• BANTAMS:  Due to co-oping with AVB again this year, we’ll send out jersey instructions as we get closer to the start of the season.  
• VALKYRIES: Please visit the Valkyrie page for all Valkyrie information.  Players will need to register on both the EVHA website and the Valkyrie website to get full access to their schedule and communication.  Information for jersey ordering and registration coming soon!

Fundraisers: 

We will be announcing fundraising opportunities this season to help defray the overall cost of hockey. Once again, we will be doing a fundraiser through Gerten's that will run August 1st-Aug 22nd

Tryouts are required!  Tryouts are mandatory for all traveling players.  Participation in tryouts is essential for team placement and understanding the level of each player. 

Fall Camp:  The schedule is currently being finalized and will be posted on our website sometime within the next month.  We will send an email when registration opens. 

Late Fee:  A late registration fee of $100 will be applied for Squirt/10U, Peewee/12U, and Bantam levels starting on the 15th of August.  Please register early to avoid this additional charge.  We need registration complete by mid-August so we can finalize fall camps and ice schedules. 

Parent Meetings:  We will be holding parent meetings for all levels in the early fall.  We will send more information on those meetings as we get closer to the season.

USA Hockey:  Please be sure to register your player with USA Hockey before you begin the registration process as this number will be required to complete registration.
