A quick reminder that 5K Shot Club tally sheets are due August 31st. Whether your hockey player has been shooting regularly or hasn’t started yet, there is still time to get your shots in and earn a 5K Shot Club hat! 

Completed sheets should be emailed to Chad Larsen (clarsen@eastviewhockey.net) by August 31st to be entered in a drawing for a new hockey stick from Westwood Sports. All hockey players who complete their tally sheet will receive an Eastview Hockey 5K Shot Club hat. 

A completed sheet consists of: 

• 5,000 Shots (Using any parent-approved pucks/nets of your choosing, typically done at 100 shot increments) 
• 200 Minutes of Stick Handling (Using drills/obstacles of your choosing, typically done in 10-minute increments) 
• Signature of parent/guardian 
• Received by 11:59 p.m. on August 31, 2022
