I’d like to extend a warm welcome to you as new members of the Eastview Hockey Association affected by the school district boundary changes. Our mission is dedicated to providing a fun and educational experience for all players in our association. We’ve had some exciting changes over the last year, including a NEW dryland facility that is located near Wise Swim School in Apple Valley. Due to the incredible success of our charitable gambling program, the dryland facility became a reality while also lowering the cost of hockey for our members over recent years.

The presidents of RAHA, EHA, AV, & EVHA met with the MN Hockey District 8 Director in early May to discuss how the attendance area adjustments by the school district would be handled by the associations affected. A path forward was agreed to by all parties that players are to play with the association that aligns with their newly assigned high school.

The School Board approved some exceptions for sibling preference and school attendance. Players are required to get a release waiver from EVHA if they meet these exceptions and intend on playing with RAHA. In addition to the waiver, proof of a sibling having attended RHS or attendance at a school located in Rosemount will be required. Waivers will only be granted to those that meet the sibling preference or school attendance criteria.

The Eastview Boys and Girls High School coaches each run a summer training program. This is a wonderful opportunity for your player to develop their hockey skills and meet some of their future
teammates. The summer programs are still taking players but please reach out quickly to secure a spot. Summer Programs Page
