Within the EVHA there are certain jobs that require a significant volunteer commitment throughout the hockey season. The individuals filling these roles are automatically granted their required volunteer hours as the time they contribute far exceed the hours requirement. These positions are:

• EVHA Board members
• 1 head coach for each Mite team
• 2 assistant coaches of each Mite team
• 1 head coach for Squirt through Jr. Gold teams (if the team does not have a paid coach)
• Up to 2 designated assistant coaches for Squirt through Jr. Gold teams
• 1 team manager per team
• Board appointments such as equipment coordinator, volunteer coordinator, tournament committee and others as specified by the EVHA board.
