Each family will also be assigned certain volunteer jobs to help the team.  These jobs include score keeping, timekeeping, penalty box, and other obligations that are essential for the operation of your team. These hours do NOT count as part of the required volunteer hours.

In addition, while rare, your team may receive specific volunteer responsibilities assigned by EVHA that must be fulfilled by the team. These jobs may include volunteering at district playoffs, regional or state championships, tournament or concession shifts and other tasks that may arise throughout the season. These hours are the team’s responsibility and must be fulfilled. How the hours are filled is at the discretion of each team, but they must be filled even if all families have completed their volunteer obligation.  These hours can NOT be used to meet your volunteer obligation.

Failure to show up or find a replacement for your volunteer shift will result in a $25.00 penalty fee being charged to your account. The penalty fee applies even if you meet your volunteer requirement.
