Each family will be required to fulfill volunteer hours. Each season's requirement varies, but we typically require between four and six hours of volunteer time. Families unable/unwilling to fulfill the requirement will be assessed a volunteer fee. Families also have the option to buy-out their commitment at registration.
To ensure fairness to all families, a volunteer fee will be assessed prior to playoffs to any family that does not complete the requirement. Failure to pay the fee prior to playoffs will disqualify your player from playing in the playoff games.
You may buy-out your volunteer commitment when you register your player. Once you make your selection, it cannot be changed after the first volunteer spot is made available.
No player will be allowed to tryout or be assigned to a team the following year if the hours are not completed or the payment is not collected.
