Eastview Hockey Association

The EVHA website is new this year, so you will need to create an NGIN account.  In the upper left hand corner, click on Become a Member. The account you create is a FAMILY account. The "member" should be a parent. The children will be added when a registration is submitted in their name. Multiple email addresses can be added to the account. If you do decide to create 2 accounts, it would be advisable to keep all the registrations and volunteer information under ONE member account.  This will ensure that your volunteer commitments are tracked under the right family/player.

PLEASE NOTE: When you create an account on the website, if the system gives you a message that says your email address already exists, that means you already have a NGIN account through another organization's website such as your AAA team.  Please enter your username and password, or click the links provided if you forgot your user name, password or both. Once logged in, go to any page and you will see a gray box in the left panel that says: Join the "Eastview Hockey Association Network." Once you click on this link, your account will be activated on the website.

IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE PLAYER TO REGISTER - PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU REGISTER ALL FAMILY MEMBERS IN ONE REGISTRATION SESSION.  After you have registered your first child, be sure to click "ADD ANOTHER CHILD" on the review page  Otherwise, the system will try to charge you a 2nd volunteer fee. 

All players must be registered through USA Hockey first. You will need to pay the USA Hockey fee of $50.00 with a credit card before you register with EVHA.  The USA hockey fee increased by $10 this season.  The rate has not been increased for 7 years.  If you would like more information as to the reason for the increase, you may contact USA hockey directly or visit their webpage at www.usahockey.com.  During the registration process, all players will be given the correct level to register based on their birthdate  as directed by the USA hockey guidelines.  If your child plays at a different level than his/her birth date would indicate, please contact admin@eastviewhockey.net prior to registering your player for instructions.

EXCEPTION: Mites with a birth year of 2006 or after are not charged the $50 fee, but still need to register with USA HOCKEY and get a USA hockey number.

During the registration process, you will be prompted to enter the grade that your child is entering in the fall. If your child is not yet in kindergarten, go ahead and select kindergarten as his/her grade and select the elementary that they would be going to if they were entering kindergarten.

Our online volunteer system is called "Dibs," and you will be able to sign up for volunteer opportunities and track your volunteer hours within this application.  Please keep all your volunteer hours under one "member" account, as explained above.
