Junior Gold Rave 2011

APPLE VALLEY & EASTVIEW combined JR GOLD “B” CLINICS AND TRYOUTS.

The Jr. Gold Hockey program is perfect for the competitive hockey player that either didn’t make or can’t commit to the High School Varsity/JV hockey teams.  The teams play a 20+ game schedule at a very competitive level against teams throughout the Metro area.  It’s also very common to compete against teams from all over the country in tournament play.

THE TEAM SUPPORTS APPLE VALLEY AND EASTVIEW HOCKEY PLAYERS AT THE HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL. THE TEAM IS NOT LIMITED TO JUST THOSE RESIDENCES, BUT THOSE AREAS ARE SERVED FIRST. OUR GOAL IS TO ALLOW PLAYERS A PLACE TO PLAY FUN AND COMPETITIVE HOCKEY, JUST BELOW THE VARSITY LEVEL.

REGISTRATION  All players must be registered before clinics.  You may register at home any time prior to Nov 17^h, or there will be a computer available for registration before the clinics at the arena.  Registration is a two-part process, the first being to register with USA Hockey along with a $40 fee.  After you get a confirmation number from USA Hockey then you register with Apple Valley hockey along with a $235  fee. The registration process on www.applevalleyhockey.com will take you through both registrations at one time.

***ALL PLAYERS MUST BE ENROLLED IN HIGH SCHOOL.

***ALL PLAYERS REGISTERING ON THE NIGHT OF THE CLINIC NEED TO BE AT THE ARENA 1 HOUR BEFORE ICE TIME IN ORDER TO GET REGISTERED & PAPERWORK COMPLETED. (A parent or guardian must be present for the registration part.)

CLINICS  It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for all players to be at these. The clinics are at NO extra charge and a Great way to knock off any rust, get to know the players you will be playing with, and will also let us know how many players we may possibly have.

CLINIC TIMES-  Nov 17 8:15 pm – 9:15  AVHS

                                Nov 19 12:45 pm – 1:45 pm HAYES

TRYOUTS  There will be 2 tryout dates with all players expected to be at both unless otherwise notified. We will be filling a JR Gold “B” team.  

TRYOUT TIMES     Nov 20  7:00 pm – 8:30 pm HAYES

                                    Nov 22   7:00 pm -  HAYES
